My nephew is getting chubbier and chubbier. He's taking the soya milk for babies and the result really shows. Chubby but not overweight. His body is strong and not heavy. He is only 5 kilos. For a one month and a half baby, that's normal.
Now, he can be 'actively participating' in conversations with his 'aah','auw' and 'whoah'... We just talk and talk (about anything, practically. Sometimes it's about Suzanna and Clift Sangra, or about the games he''ll play when he's in kindergarten. Anything at all as long as you produce sounds.) We stop in the middle, he then makes his own version of 'replies'. The so-called dialog can go on and on.
It's too much to say if he's communicating, perhaps. But the idea of it doesn't stop us to 'talk' to him everytime we have the chance. :D
