The best way to face the future ahead is preparation (and prevention). Or so they have said.
Suze Orman would say, 'Have at least 8 month emergency fund.'
Another financial advisor would suggest, 'Don't put all your money in one basket.'
A fitness instructor would recommend, 'Exercise at least 5 days a week, don't smoke, eat right and have enough rest. You'll invest health for your body.'
So far, no one has ever told me how to prepare for mental breakdown. :t
I mean, is it deliberatly done so psychologist and psychiatrist can still have their patients? They do provide services for people with mental breakdowns. What about the preventions? Do they have a specialist handling that? For sure, I want to be on the list of patients. If paying them is all I must do for them to listen and ease my mind, I really don't mind. I really don't.
Thank God I passed the madness week last time. :y
But, how long can I be at peace this time until another batch comes? :(
