Ingredients:
- 500g fillet ikan kakap, salmon, gindara.
- 1 tbs lemon juice.
- 2 tbs butter.
- 5 tbs onion, finely chopped.
- 3 tbs garlic, finely chopped.
- 3 spring onions, finely chopped.
- 1000 ml fish stock/ water.
- 5 basil/ daun jeruk.
- 2 lemon grass, washed and peeled.
- 10 chillies.
- 4 tbs fish sauce.
- 1 green tomato, chopped.
- 20 mint leaves/ 30 daun kemangi.
- Garam seperlunya. (Fish sauce nya udah asin soalnya)
CARA MEMBUAT :
# Marinate fish with lemon juice and a little bit of salt.
# Heat the wok, melt the butter and put the onion, garlic, spring onion.Sautee till brown.
# Heat the fish stock.
# Pour the sauteed garlic and onion mixture to the stock.
# Add the basil, chillies, tomato, lemon grass and mint leaves/ daun kemangi.
# Add the fish and add lemon juice to taste.
# Bring to boil one more time.
