A Movie for Your Weekend

Two months ago I went to the mall with some of my young friends and encountered this interesting DVD. Its simple title is in contrast with the cast of characters: Frankie & Johnny starring Al Pacino and Michelle Pfeiffer. The story is quite simple. A woman found difficulty liking a guy and being in a commitment (say wha'?) because she's haunted by the past. I have to say that Al Pacino's acting was somewhat interesting. He used a lot of facial expressions and body language as media to communicate with Pfeiffer who was very successful in making her character come to life. It's not a complicated movie, I can assure you. For some who like complication in love life or watching complicated love story in serial VCDs, this is definitely not for you.
