Sandwich Filling (for four)

You can have the filling as it is, like a salad, with less dressings.

50 grams of smoked beef/ chicken, chopped and fried with small amount of vegetable oil, cool
3 eggs, boiled. Whites chopped, yolks mashed.
a cucumber, seeds scored, chopped
a pinch of pepper
1/5 teaspoon Dijon mustard (Be careful. Start with a smaller amount. Taste everytime you add)
5 tablespoons of mayonnaise

Dressings:
Combine the mashed yolks, pepper, mustard and mayonnaise. Add the chopped whites, chopped cucumber and the smoked beef/ chicken. Taste.

NOTE:
Serve with wheat bread, white bread, croissant, a French roll. It’ll taste richer if you spread the breads with margarine/ butter and toast them for 1 minute in a preheated oven of 180 degree Celcius. Accompany this with orange juice or lemonade to neutralize the fatty and rich flavor. YUMMY!!!
