The Blood Check Up

I've been wondering why I'm so easily tired this week. By eleven a.m., I've felt like my blood was drained and I had little energy to meet my target for the day. I even felt the need to lie down on the couch just to recharge for surviving another hour or two. It's a kind of embarassing. The only explanation I gave myself was that I'm older and so none the stronger.

But then I realized there's something wrong with my body. If I am tired too easily and I haven't done anything physically burdening, I am not in my best shape.

So, I had my blood check. Just in case.

Five out of seven components weren't good: uric acid, glucose, GOT & GPT, total cholesterol.

Aaah...so that's it! That's why I haven't been fit for the last few days... I was glad to find the cause of the problem....

But then, I also found out about something else...

Suddenly I feel sooooo ooooooooooooold.....:'-(

The saying 'young at heart' is common for people at a certain age. Well, I can say this: anybody can be 'young at heart' but their blood check result will definitely not lie....:-)
