Newcomer

Our cleaning team in the office consisted of young men and middle-age women. You can tell by the composition that life was a bit so-so then. Two of the ladies were then retired and resigned from work. Nobody expected any change of that 'composition': young guys and middle-age ladies.

Until one day, I saw a young lady in her cleaning trademark uniform sitting on a bench. 'Aaaah, the new replacement,' I presumed. She's fair, medium height, medium weight, with long, dark hair, thick eyebrows, big lips, slanted eyes almost like Alya Rohali's.

Soon, a different atmosphere arrives. The coordinator of the cleaning team is rarely on patrol and would rather stay on the 7th floor (the cleaning team 'HQ').Apparently, that's where SHE normally is. I'd find some guys grouping themselves and I overheard their talk about HER. Other member of the cleaning team, a tough-looking guy, is now accompanied by her taking care of the new book distribution. Not long, guys roam the 'area' and suddenly many people want to help with the distribution!!! Hahaha. She definitely has become a star.

A day after her arrival, I asked my secretary (who happens to be a MARRIED GUY...),'What do you think of the new girl? What's her name? Chaniah?'

And then he answered with a strange smile,'Oh no, mbak. That's not her name. We call her Ica, her nickname. Hehehe.'

See what I mean about her being a star??? :-)
