Suffocated

I have no life these past few days.... Just a warning, this one's a picture of my totally messy schedule this week.

Monday, September 28th
Preparing for the video watching on the 29th. That means I have to select the videos, converting 50 files into one format and create 4 categories in 4 VCD formatted discs. Today my branch's new 2 company classes start and I have to take the teachers to the venue before the 1st session begins. The day's goal also includes persuading the participants to change their schedule to different days. Persuading is tiring, agree? :) At 7 pm, shopping is next. After all, I arrange for a 'potluck' on the 29th. Bake some things till around 2 am. Phew!

Tuesday, September 29th
Get up very early to start making the fish soup. Go to the meeting point. While the others watch the videos, finishing the paperwork for the forum candidates is next. The supposedly finished at 15 video watching is done at 17.30.

Wednesday, September 30th
I receive news about the new company classes. The participants ability is lower than expected. Woookaaayyy... another problem to solve. A friend ask my help to prepare the TOEIC disc for listening which includes converting and burning. Suddenly, she asks me to proctor too.Well, I could rest a while when proctoring, I thought. Hmmm, I wish. I proctor and do the test at the same time. Who would want to miss a chance to have a try out? I only need to do it while standing. :D After the test, it's back to the contract for a future company class that I have to check. Quite a few errors. Considering how tired I am, it's not bad to be able to find some errors.:) There's a teacher meeting that evening. What a day!

Thursday, October 1st
It's another video watching time. This time is the last session. We start at 9 and finish at 11.30. I plan to return to my branch but some documents are needed for the international forum. I and my friend make the drafts and type them. Four of them, to be exact. When they are ready and I am on my way to the elevator, happy to return to the branch, my friend asks me to meet the super duper boss. Then we have to make the revision, re-print everything and make sure that the four documents are distributed the next day. Thankfully, God is kind to me on my way home. The traffic is still bearable. Thank yooouuuuu....

Friday, October 2nd
There is an invitation from the super boss. No idea why she wants to meet us.I got an instinct, though. I know that I'm not supposed to say it, but I do. Yep, I've got another project to do.Suddenly, headache becomes my friend that moment. A friend comes up with an idea and I intend to make it real.Thank you for your idea, Lin. Besides THAT project, there's a new project my 'other' group has to do. It's hard, painstaking and, probably, disgusting stuff to make. However, we all know that it's just so very important that we just have to go through with it.

Saturday, Oct 3rd
I do gardening in the morning. Then I do the dusting of the car. Polishing the dashboard, oiling the doors, filling in the accu with water and checking the machine are also included. Later in teh afternoon, off I go to a friend's house down in south Jakarta. After some typing, I drive back and arrive home at 8 pm.

Sunday, Oct 4th
Now, I am writing this posting. It's 2.30 am. Sleepy but I can't sleep. There's a plan to go to the market this early morning. Then there's an invitation for a senior high school reunion in Depok. At 7 pm, I have to be in the downtown area to meet my junior high school group to make a plan for (another) gathering. In between, I have to think about that project the super boss gave me last Friday. Converting and creating a movie is involved. Everybody else is busy with their first days in their branches so I guess the realization of this additional project's all up to me.

My wish for today?
All I want is actually to spend my happy time at the market, cook brunch (a nice meal would be nice), take a slow bath, have my sleeping beauty, wake up, go to the mall (perhaps buy a new blouse, something that I haven't done for a long time), have dinner with Dad and sleep happily.

Wouldn't it be niceeeee? :)
