Intimidated Photographically

There are people that we admire because of all the work they are able to do. I've got this friend of mine who likes photography. The best thing about his photos is that he likes capturing flowers. To my surprise, he knows the popular names, the species and the genre too!

Photography takes a lot of skills and it's expensive! One has to invest on a good camera and know the camera's personality inside out. I have two conservative ones: CANON and NIKON. Both have different personalities. Now, I have a simple FUJI and NIKON. They show me different results when I take the same object at the same circumstances. Then, one has to have a sense of artistry. It's not always about objects or camera. It's about the angle. Lastly, patience. At times, I take twenty pics and only one deserves recognition. I know I've got to do a lot of practice. This friend asks me to go to a photography course with him but I was, somehow, intimidated by his work. And he knows more about flowers than I dooooo!

Like this pic taken by him. It's tremendously simple but insanely beautiful, isn't it?
