One thing to keep their sense of team work is to have meetings from time to time. Boredom or no boredom, they all have to listen to what their team members have to say. It seems that listening is not a custom and giving opinion style isn't either. I mean, one member can dominate the entire conversation slot giving advice and all which can make me lose my patience. Another member gave me an answer, 'I'm sorry ma'am. My previous boss never asked me any question and so I never had the obligation to say anything. Let alone, giving opinions.' Since then, I knew that I would have a lot of homework to do.
I don't know whether there's such thing as jealousy among them but I intend to keep it away. As long as I can remember, I have never applied the concept of 'favoritism'. I consider myself good at this. Contrary to the previous situation, everybody has a good chance of that 'hard work' depending on my subjective judgment. One can take a very hard blow, someone who I didn't think could handle it. Overestimation did happen and I learned my lesson the hard way. We almost lost a chance to bid. Afterwards I promise myself that I won't be so naive. The decision seemed right at that moment, but being careful until I am sure enough that they are dependable is also reasonable.
I wonder when I can actually depend on them.
