Simple Roasted Chicken
1 chicken, cleaned and dab with a little bit of lemon juice,
separate the skin from the meat carefully. the skin will be act as a
pocket to hold the seasoned butter.
combine:
1 tbsp of rosemary leaves,
1 tbsp of chopped mint leaves,
1 tbsp of thyme,
3 cloves of garlic, cut into very fine pieces,
3 tbsp of butter
salt (if you use unsalted butter)
put the seasoned butter in between the skin and the meat and
also on the outside of the wing and the drumstick part
wrapped the chicken with aluminum foil, open the top slightly
baked in a 250 degree celcius oven for 2 hours
ready to eat with salad, mashed potato or french fries. you might want to
add some salt or pepper to taste
