Getting up very early in the morning has become quite a habit eventhough i still "ring" earlier than my alarm clock.... :-)
I didn't have a session with my six o'clock student (which is a good thing....) so I went straight to my seven thirty appointment. The student was surprised I came on time and understood after I made a small explanation....
I tried to make him focused on the lesson (listening and speaking) but he is an eager speaker. There was nothing I could do to stop him from explaining when i asked him about the perfect place to get a peking duck. He mentioned at least 3 resto before he finally mentioned other restaurants that dont even serve peking duck .... Hehehe..... yes...he IS talkative....
In fact, it has been 4 sessions so far that he enjoys talking about ANYTHING. On wednesday, he told me a story about his second son. The next day it was about his father. On friday, it was about his vacations around the world.... His stories indeed are interesting so i didnt even have to pretend to enjoy listening to those..... It was fun but i couldnt help feeling guilty that i was paid only to be his company. But again... it WAS fun....:-)
