There's nothing greater for a teacher than to see the success of the students. And I'm so fortunate to experience that. The past seven days have been the most grueling time for me. With so much work to do, so many errands to run at home, and the struggle to make everything work, there's the sweet taste of teaching. It wasn't really something I'd expected which made it very surprising.
After seven days of training for 3 hours a day, I could rise my students' scores by minimum of 50 points. Yes, really. I couldn't believe it myself.
I guess it's the combination of optimism, spirit, endurance and friendship. Friendship? Definitely. You can feel that in the air. The spirit of togetherness was the most powerful energy in the room when I teach. Maybe that's the one thing that makes me want to return each and every day with the same group of people. That energy.
This small happiness really means a lot to me. But the journey hasn't ended yet. They still have to go through the final test in August. I've got another prayer to chant. Good people deserve good results. Don't you think so?
