If She Only Knew...

It was a bright day. That was my first time (this year) to come to a meeting I used to attend as a program coordinator. I came first, as usual. Some people said their 'hi's' and most asked how come I never attended the session.

Perhaps because now she's working in the building where the meeting room is, that's why she came late. We did our part as a team for a small project together. When we've almost finished with the team discussion, she mentioned something. Something like a riddle, perhaps?

Her:"Do you know what I miss from our place?"
Me:"What?"
Her:"Aaaw, come on... Guess..."
Me:"Nope. Got no idea."
Her:"I never get any call from parents anymore.... Haaaa... Isn't that great?"
Me:"Well, that's normal. You've got no program here."
Her:"My life is 'calm' and 'quiet' now. Hahahahaha."

If she only knew, OUR life is better now. Definitely 'calmer', 'quieter' and more 'peaceful'.... Guess WHAT's NOT here... :-)

If she only knew....
