'Kuwalat'

Is there any word that can represent the Javanese word of 'kuwalat'?

In my time,'kuwalat' can be recognized in the context of parents-children. If one do not obey his parents wish(es), he will receive the punishment. Usually it's in the form of the changing character of the person as human into a 'jambu monyet'. The seed (which is actually 'cashew') represents the head in an upside down position.

So, 'kuwalat' and I? Are those two somehow related?

I mentioned that 'I'm sick of meetings.' Guess.... Instead of having less number of it....I had two today, I am going to have more (2 meetings actually) tomorrow and definitely one on Wednesday (at least). The fact that there'll be a four-day holiday afterwards should be able to console me to get me through those meetings.

I hope.

In the meantime, three more meetings to go. There's no escaping. But I was not sorry when I said that 'I was sick of meeting'. I still am.

I just hate the feeling of being like a 'jambu monyet' right now. :-(
