Indeed, life can teach you soooo many lessons you can't get from school. Sometimes you realize that you can get the silver lining, no matter how dark your cloud may be. At other times, you still don't know why some things happen.
I know what I am about to write is very subjective, situational and depends a lot on my perception. In short, the content of this posting is going to be very 'Daffodil'. You've just got to bear with me. :-)
These things I believe are:
1. Even though one is poor, it doesn't mean that he is stingy. But, don't always expect to get generosity out of the poor. Thus, I believe the rich are those who share in rich and in poor.
2. When one is worried that the other might have the ability to do something awful, then he had done the same thing in the past. For example, if he suspects someone else lies for a reason, he then did that same thing before.
3.People want to be appreciated, no matter how they say they need no compliment. Growth needs its 'fuel' and a small compliment coming from the heart can lighten one's heart to do something beyond what he thinks he can. In other words, if you can make someone believe he can do something and there the opportunity, then he can. But don't get me wrong, I've also learned from many dissapointments. Sometimes you just can't expect too much, right?
4.The only person who can do something about yourself is YOU. You have the control of your own life. I know it sounds 'cliche' but I truly believe it. If you can't change the attitude of the people around you, it's you who need to change. There is no other choice. It's all about ruling your own faith. Give your best before you give in.
Learning is supposed to make us better people. It's true that sometimes the situation is very hard. You are too sad, too busy, too preoccupied to sense the reason behind each happening. I do that a lot. I still have a lot of 'homework' to do....
