Make Way for My Dream

I am pretty stingy when it involves money. I have not bought new shoes in months. No new clothes since the beginning of the year except the ones I sew myself. And these needs! Argh! They seem so endless. Car services, house renovations, visits to family members, dining out.

Alhamdulillah, I have had some to put in my piggy bank. What is it for? I want a house. No, not an apartment. A house. Not the kind that I like in Cik Ditiro, just a small one with two bedrooms, an adequate bathroom and a multi-function room. I don't even want it to be a two-story building so I can fix any cables or leaks on the water pipes myself. A small yard would be nice so I can still do a little bit of gardening. A vertical one is more than enough. A lot of windows is also a vision in my mind but I guess I have to be realistic. Mosquitoes are the least of the problems since an open-see-through house invites attention (thieves). However, the house would have a door to the backyard to create that cool air flow from front to back. It will be a small, comfy, easy to manage but warm house.

I hope I can make it happen. Amen, amen, amen.
